I have been privileged to be a long-time customer of this business. You will always be greeted with a friendly smile and hello at this business. The owner, Dan, and his staff are top-notch in my opinion. I have taken many items to Dan for repair and maintenance issues for the last 10 years and every time he and his staff have provided the solutions to every situation I have had to work through. He has years of training and honing skills across many disciplines that have equipped him to provide solutions to the firearm community.
His prices are excellent and well worth the work he does. He guarantees his work and stands by his service all the way. He is committed to providing the best service and the highest quality when it comes to gunsmithing and related issues. When you need something done, he and his staff will get the job done in a timely fashion, you wont have to wait 6 months for a job to be completed. He will even recommend other like businesses because he places the needs of his customers above his own. Every penny you spend here will be well worth its weight in gold.
He has always provided answers to questions I have had and even if he is not available when I make the first contact, he always gets back to me either by phone or email. I personally live an hour and 15 minutes away from his location and I have multiple places much closer to where I live that I can choose to take my business to but over the years Dan has provided such good service to me that I would rather travel the extra miles to allow him and his staff to provide the solutions to my needs. To me, Shenandoah Valley Gunsmithing is worth every penny, and every mile I drive. You can take that too the bank.
