Excellent service. Needed a small repair done the same day and was impressed I was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Electrician (Russ) arrived on time, fixed the issue and even showed me an issue with my electrical box that he also fixed. Highly recommend.

They have been working for our condo association for a few years. Always great work, very responsive and always professional. We highly recommend Toner Electric!!!!

Good Service, for the past two years have been using Toner for annual maintenance, have not had the need for emergency service as of this date.

Called to have my smoke alarms checked. Frank Toner sent an electrician to my house the next day. The electrician was on time and found the issue with my smoke alarms was the batteries were dead. The beeping was driving me crazy! Electrician ended up replacing the smoke alarms with new detectors that have no battery to replace. I was impressed the electrician had the detectors on the truck and he called Frank when I asked how much this job would cost. The amount I was quoted was exactly what the invoice was. Invoice came via email and I could pay online with a credit card. Great experience and I will be calling them for all my electrical needs. Frank called me the next day to thank me for the prompt payment and be sure I was satisfied with the work. A+ service!!

Toner provided and installed my home generator and continue to provide annual service. There when you need them. On time, professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. I'm not always an easy person to please but I can highly recommend this company! They do what they say, promptly and efficiently!

Thank you Toner Electric for responding so quickly to our electrical emergency! During the blizzard our electrical service was ripped off our house by a fallen tree. I called the emergency number, received a call within 5 minutes, and within an hour Toner Electric electricians were here replacing our electrical service in snowy and very cold weather. I had a new generator installed and I have to say that I did my homework beforehand. The only company that I felt comfortable with was Toner Electric. The owner (Scott Toner) came and did a site visit and he was able to answer all of my questions and there was no pressure unlike some of the other companies. He emailed me the quote the next day and even though they were a little more than one of the other companies, I decided to use them. I have no regrets. The crew (Jeff & Bill) did the installation and they were professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.

Hi Scott, Your two electricians just left and I wanted to report back that all three fellows who have shown up to work here have been magnificent! And in addition to the excellent, tidy, careful work completed, they have each politely and patiently explained how to use things to me so I feel in control (although that may actually be an illusion!) . I know the new bell to alert me to the return of street power is the icing on the cake. I am actually thinking about writing an article or something to share my learning curve on the gas generator with others (especially single women like myself). I was very intimidated by it, but after last weekend, I want everyone to be as lucky as I am! I'll let you know if that works out, because I will definitely be referring people to you and Toner Electric. Again, thank you for everything. Gay

Toner Electric responded quickly to our report of a downed power line during Superstorm Sandy. Still, that outage inspired us to buy an emergency generator. Toner made the necessary changes to update our electric panel, adding a roll-over tie-in for a generator. I bought one, which arrived just in time for snow storm Nemo - during which we were without power for two days in very cold weather. Thank God for that generator, and for Toner Electric! I can not thank Toner Electric enough for their prompt first class service during the Blizzard. My generator kicked on Friday night and ran fine until the next morning. The generator just shut down and would not restart. I was pleased when I called that my call was answered promptly (used the toll free 800 emergency line) and they assured me that the call would be dispatched to the on-call tech. In less than 10 minutes Scott called me and said they would get to me as soon as they could. With the roads in very poor shape, and the fact they were very busy I thought it might be a while but he was at my house a few hours later and repaired the generator. I was so happy to get my heat!! It would have been a long cold night without any heat and this type of prompt professional service made me glad I had my generator installed and most importantly serviced by them. Scott: Just thought you might be interested that my generator (Generac Core Power 7kW) and switchboard operated flawlessly during our 22-hour power outage. I was watching TV and sipping hot coffee while the storm raged. Fuel consumption was better than advertised, by the way. My neighbors, the Schloemanns, were out of town, but his generator (13 or 15kW, I think) was also humming along, so I assumed their heat stayed on as wellkept their cat warm.
