I booked a keratin treatment with this salon to be two days before my wedding. I booked the appointment a month in advance. The day of the appointment I was called by the salon who needed to cancel my appointment due to running out of product, when I explained that I was about to get married they told me that I could get a full refund, this in the end was not the case the manager only refunded me $45 of the $100 I paid upfront for the service. She was very rude to me on the phone. Overall the worst experience I have ever had at a salon.
