This individual was paid to do multiple jobs of which he either did not complete, did not do correctly, or caused damage to property in doing so. Multiple times he would state he would either show up to do a job or have a job completed during a certain time frame. Without notifying me when he would not be showing up, or completing a job during a certain day span time period on the property of which I do not reside at, the work would either not be started at all, not be finished when he said it would be, or he would outright not even show up until I would need to chase him down on the phone. He would always have excused including even working on someone else's project at the time he said he would work on mine, or even be out of state when I would call him asking if he was still going to show up when I would have an appointment to do so, but again, he would not even call to advise me. Then he STOLD supplies to be used for painting my garage door trim of which he tool from the premises without permission when I originally thought he was going to be working on the project at the time I made the supplies available, and then never showed back up to complete the job. He was paid to resurface a crack on the front porch, but instead of doing so correctly, he just did light disguise work to make it appear it was fixed right until the light cover up faded quickly to show he never did the job right at all. He did the same to the back porch and never cleaned up the cement patching making the porch look like a mess. THEN, he also broke/cracked a good four to six inch corner section of the porch from installing railing and never fixed it or told me about it until I found it on my own. This guy is unprofessional, does not keep his appointments and honor his word with always having excuses, steals property and damages it. The kicker is I asked him to pour front steps for me and make sure they were in code to the state of OHIO. Not only did he not do so the first time, but he failed to do so a second time as well requiring yet a THIRD time to do so. He should not be allowed to do business. I want this information to be kept on file as well as made public to other consumers so they do not make the same mistake I did, DO NOT agree to pay for money upfront and do not trust him to show up when he says he will and if you still use him for a service, MAKE SURE you watch him and do not let him leave without completing the work. BUT WATCH HIM, and make sure he does not damage the property or at least do it right.
