Rediculous we chose this place because it was closest to us, it was the same price as safe light who comes right to you. We called Thursday and he told us he had it in stock and we could drop it off and pick it up within a few hours so when we bring it to him Friday morning the same guy tells us we won't be able to get it until Monday and that we should have ordered the part. When we told him we had called and he didn't tell us we had to order anything he said if wasn't his job to tell us how to do things. Rudeness aside, we left it there and called Monday around noon to pick it up and he told us it wouldn't be done until 5 when they close. He told us to come at 5 and it would be fine so we get there at 4:45 and the shop is completely closed bars on the windows and all. Ready to tell them to take it out (if he's even installed it yet) so we can take our business somewhere else he doesn't deserve a cent.
