Once the old carpet and padding were ripped up, Tom, the installer didn't feel comfortable installing the new padding and carpet onto the floor. There was a lot of old padding stuck to the floor. They were nice enough to recommend how I could clean it and they would come back the following day to install the new carpet. They did and the new carpet looks great!

Easy people to work with picked our carpet and was delivered in a timely fashion ! The men doing the installation were professional and did a good job ! Love our new carpet !
