New seats are great , service is terrible , popcorn area is all ways dirty and they offer pretzels on the menu but never have them

This theaters use to be the best in the orange county area but has deteriorated over time .probably from budget cuts.Several on the chairs in various theaters seem to be damaged from abusive patrons but not repaired from what I would call an excesive period of time This limitied our seating choices on the movies oening night when it was crowded.The rest room smelled like urin and the floor was sticky .The garbages were overflowing in some cases rediculously overflowing wihch showes the lack of staffing to maintain a clean n healthy theater.The line to buy tickets was long but seem to move fairly quickly partialy due to the electronic purchase option near the maned ticket booth.The snack counter was typically overpriced and the popcorn was somewhat stale but edible. The counter help seemed lathargic in preparing our order which added to the stress of other patrons around us.I think overall it needs better management the only thing competative now seems to be its location not its clenliness or service.
