Karen is fantastic! She treats each pet as if they are her own. Very personalized attention and care.
We impulsively picked up a puppy on Friday night..forgetting about work and school. Thank goodness for Hoofin' and Woofin'!! Karen came to meet Pepper and Ozzie, talked about routine and puppy care and was able to fit their needs in to the Hoofin' schedule. Ozzie loves to see her and gets time to play and be rewarded for all his good behaviors. Even the middle-aged Pepper gets excited to play and get some extra loving during the day! Karen gives each dog personal attention, sends me updates, shares observations and information. Karen is knowledgeable, patient, caring, flexible.... We couldn't do this with Hoofin' and Woofin'. I highly recommend them for both your short and long-term needs.
