DO NOT GO THERE!! I scheduled a simple hairstyle for my daughter. Only to be told that what I told them over the telephone was NOT what my daughter described to the person styling her hair. The stylist and I use that word with great caution, was visibily upset when my daughter described what she needed done. Might have been to difficult fo her to do. Two braides. Really now. Can you imagine this "stylist" with sissors in her hand!! We left because the "stylist" was upset about the change.. STAY AWAY!!

I'm a girl who has very thick hair and a lot of it to boot. I have been trying for months to find a place that has a stylist that knows how to cut a graduated bob. Everytime I sit in a stylist chair, and they see how much an how thick my hair is....they get scared...and either completely screw up the cut or they don't cut enough off. I was recently surprised when I arrived at Haircrafters in Middletown. Not only do they have a stylist that was not scared at all to cut my hair they way I wanted... she got the cut exactly right. The staff there is very friendly. I will definitely be going back

This salon is centrally located and convenient. But there is a high staff turnover and service isn't consistent. Your best best is to pick the stylist you like, and make appointments with her in advance!
