Joe, at Simply Elegant Jewelers made my engagement ring. After just 3 weeks of wearing it 3 stones fell out. Joe fixed it. Then 3 months later another stone fell out. We had 2 other jewelers take a look at it for another opinion and both said that we were ripped off by this guy. The craftsmanship was poor and they showed us under a microscope how he put mismatched stones in the halo, one of which was a brown stone. This time, we asked to exchange the ring to get our money back. After several emails and attempts to call and no one answering the phone, we went to the store to see if we could work out an agreement. Joe refused to give us any money back, became belligerent and told us to sue him. If you are considering this jeweler, try another one. When purchasing jewelry, trust and customer service are so important. Working with Joe has been nothing but negative and upsetting.
