I went to the casapullas in Smyrna DE and received horrible service. I placed my order by phone and the girl rushed through the order and messed it up. I did not realize that the order was messed up until I got home. I ordered a turkey sub which only had lettuce on it and very little oil it was so dry I had to had additonal things to to it mustard and tomatoes to make it edible... this was strike one. My husband ordered a cheese steak which was just slabs of steak on a roll and equally tasteless he didn't eat his it was horrible flavor and greasy. (the steak was not chopped I have never seen a cheese steak that was made not chopped) My daughters order was wrong also she asked for pickles and got onions which she had to pick off. I went back to casapullas with the cheese steak to let them know how wrong the order was and ask for a refund for the steak since my husband only ate one bite. I explained to them that a cheese steak is chopped and not slabs of steak on a roll that was saturated with grease. I was told that you have to specify that you would like it chopped I then explained that its unsusal to assume that it would not be chopped she said they dont chop their steaks and pointed to the sign. I advised her that I ordered by phone and was not advised of this and could not read the sign through the phone ... that the girl messed up the whole order and did not ask if we wanted the cheese steak chopped. She said that the owner Drew's policy is no refunds under any circumstances they would make another sandwich since I could not stomach eating another sandwich from there I got sliced cheese from the deli. I went home opened the cheese and it had turkey all over it since she did not bother to properly clean the slicer. I threw the cheeese away ... unless you plan on being drunk when you eat I would not recommend ordering food here or anything for that matter

Casapullas was reviewed as best in delaware for subs so i took a trip to find out myself. Their staff was friendly and polite, each person wears a name tag i recommed kirstin and alexis when you go in. The food was up to its standards i enjoyed every bit of and i would go back there in a heart beat.
