I have gone to this location for years now for oil changes and have received nothing lower than great customer service and honesty about issues with my car and best ways to fix them. Melissa is who i speak mostly with and she is the store manager. I have also talked to Cole, Daniel and Bill. A guy named Carlos used to work there and wish he still did. It is nice to see a manager who actually works and gets dirty with their co-workers. I wish this store could do more as far as fixing cars because I would rather give them my money to fix issues than other stores. After many attempts to find a local company to perform an oil change at a reasonable rate (I use Mobil 1 synthetic oil), I called Jiffy Lube (in Middleton), and Ulises answered. Not only was he professional, but also very helpful in quoting me an accurate, and fair, price. Additionally, he took the time to answer some questions I had about my car without trying to sell me. When I arrived the next day, he was as professional as when I had called the day before. During the oil change, they do their normal million point check and showed me my air filter. I NEVER pay full rate for these things, BUT Ulises (and Tiffany) were doing such an exceptional job, and I needed a new one, I bought it as well. Anyway, I'm a very happy customer and will go to Jiffy Lube (in Middleton) from now on.Thanks!
