Provided by YP.comJust brought my central vac hose and beater brush in for repairs. 5 days later I called to check on it, Wayne says " I will call you back in 10 min" So he had not looked at it yet. He calls me back , says that my hose has no suction, I did not bring it in for that problem, It had great suction the day I brought it in. I bring it home and proceed to check the suction--it is as strong as ever!! What is it, I am not a vacuum expert but I know my vacuum had suction. I should have asked for a demonstration, but I really thought he was telling me the truth. Will not go there ever again and would not recommend to anyone for repairs. I really feel he wanted to sell me a whole new setup.
