Rude, seeks to have no knowlege about anything and even less about eyes. Would not take my insurance after over the phone they agreed to. I was actually frightened of him while I was in the chair. Don’t walk, run away from this situation.

My experience with Dr. Vickers was amazing. I had never been to the eye doctor before so I slightly nervous and had no clue what I was doing. However, Dr. Vickers made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions with great detail. Even took a picture of my optic nerve for me to see myself (looked weird). But overall, I enjoyed my visit and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Vickers at Walmart Vision Center in Middlesboro was the rudest, poorest excuse for an eye doctor I've ever seen. I witnessed him publically humiliate and degrade a patient in the waiting area full of people for missing their previous appointment. This was totally unnecessary and could have been discussed privately in the patient room. It was embarrassing for them and awkward for the rest of us. This is not the first time I've heard negative reviews about him. DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN.
