Based in Middlebury, Vt., Otter Creek Brewing is a facility that produces and distributes a range of year-round and seasonal malted beverages. The brewery offers several beer brands, including Copper Ale, Pale Ale, Solstice Ale and Stovepipe Porter. Its seasonal labels include Otter Summer, Oktoberfest and Winter Ale. Copper Ale, Otter Creek Brewing s flagship brew, is medium-bodied amber ale inspired by Altbiers of Northern Germany. It is brewed with six different malts, three hop varieties and the brewer s special house yeast. The brewery also has a visitor center which is offers self-guided tours, samples and a gift shop.
