The tasting room is modeled after similar rooms across the Mediterranean where patrons can sample a wide selection of Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Aged Balsamic. Since opening, Olio Tasting Room has expanded its product lines to include pastas, teas, sea salts, tapenades, specialty condiments. We aim to source locally, to know our producers, and to buy foods with ingredients we can pronounce.
