This place sucks! I called ahead to see if they had a part I needed, they said they did. I showed up and had to pay $2.00 to go into the yard to get my part (not bad). But they didn't have the part or vehicle I was looking for and would not refund my $2.00 yard fee. I would not recommend this place to anyone, just go online it cheaper and you normally get a refund on any bad parts. With their customer service, they need to think about another line of business in their future because nobody will want to go to them!

Ace has a big inventory of car, they are organized in a outstanding manner, I found all i needed. I say to all that read this review why pay more when you can save hundred in mechanic and parts by picking up and pulling the parts yourself, Ace Pick a Part is not a 5 star yard its a 10 star and i highly recommended it to all

Worst junkyard ever. Told me they had 6 tail lights for my truck. When I get there they have none. No one ever took responsibility for the call so they tried to make me think I called the wrong number. So I showed them the number in my phone. Bunch of greasy idiots. Drove 40 Miles to get there and left with nothing. Not even an I'm sorry. DONT GO THERE. HORRIBLE.

STAY AWAY. Worst scrap yard experience I have ever had. Bad prices, rude staff, and nothing at all helpful. I was searching every junk yard in 100 miles of me for a late '80s Volvo 240. Their website said they had 3. I called to confirm this and once again was told they had 3. I drove over an hour to get this part. I then spent 2 hours wandering around their yard looking for the cars. I checked back at the office 3 times and told them I didn't see a 240 in their yard. They rudely told me each time to keep looking, acting like I was an annoyance because I kept asking them why I couldn't find the car they insisted they had. After 2 hours they finally told me that they had 500 cars on their computer that they no longer had. They kept me out there for 2 hours chasing my tale because they didn't bother to check if they actually had the car before I drove 100 miles round trip to get the part. Then the man behind the counter acted like my anger was unreasonable after being rude to me sense I got there. This condescending a hole was completely unapologetic at first and barely apologetic after I calmed down. I may have used some bad words but I never directed my words at him and I never raised my voice and he had the nerve to tell me that he was "doing me a favor by not using bad language." At that point I was done. He offered to sell me the one part I did want (a rusty old standard 6 bolt steering wheel off an old Alfa) for 20 dollars. I may have paid that at a scrap yard that provided wheel barrows or water or were at least semi helpful in any way but I would not have thought it was a good deal. He wanted to sell it for 30 or 40. At this point I told him I wasn't going to give him a dime and left. This place is not worth the trouble. Don't even bother with these people.

I just have to say I so hope this review keeps people away from this junk yard. This was the most over priced discourteous people and the guy behind the counter was just an a hole cause the plastic parts I spent an hr removing he wanted way to much for so I didn't buy them. Please just don't come here. You will get screwed.
