I'm not one to usually write a review, but I felt I had to after the review I read about Sha-Nic. I am a single mother of two kids and as the other reviewer puts it "Afro-American." I have been to Sha-Nic for their auto body services when myself and my kids have got into accidents, and to their mechanical shop for normal maintenance. In all these times my family has been there to get a quote and/or had work completed, No one has EVER made us feel as though they were discriminating against. They are always courteous, happy, honest, and willing to do whatever is needed to get my kids and/or myself on the road as quickly as the repair allows. Mark is the owner of the company, and not only is he a great guy and honest business man, he has never once acted in a manner that the other review states. His family is multiracial and his grandkids are half white and half Cape Verdean. I thought you should know who the owner is and really what the company is about.
