I have been a customer of New Concepts since the salon opened. I have always been extremely satisfied with the professional, courteous services I receive. My stylist, Patty O. is excellent. She knows exactly what I'm looking for, even when I make changes. Patty & Stephanie even did hair & make up for my daughter's wedding. They are truly experts. Always amazing!

I have been going here quite a few years. Tried a lot of other salons through the years and they never got my hair right. I have thick frizzy hair that needs to be cut and treated a certain way. My hair has never looked this good since being recommended to New Concepts. They are friendly, courteous and professional with a nice atmosphere. Love this place.

I have been going to this business for many years, they are always, professional, it is always a nice atmosphere where you feel comfortable. The service is always great and they are so friendly and helpful whenever you are there. They all are great! Best place in Middleborough to go.

Was the last appointment of the day, stylist rushed through my hair, didn't leave the dye in long enough and now I have half blond/half brown pieces. Way over priced, $110 for just roots...my hair is 3 different colors right now and I'm broke. Called and spoke to someone I'm assuming is the manager and just like the other reviewer said, she had a bad additude and didn't believe me...she also refused to help me and asked to speak with the stylist who convieniently won't be in for a week. Would not refund at least a portion of what I paid so I could get it fixxed elsewhere. I won't be going here again.
