With four locations on Long Island, N.Y., Just Kids Early Childhood Learning Center is a private preschool program for disabled and nondisabled children from birth to five years of age. The Just Kids curriculum promotes the social, emotional, physical, cognitive and creative development of young children. The curriculum follows the research-based practices outlined by the National Association for the Education for Young Children. Just Kid's Early Childhood Learning Centers are funded by the New York State Department of Education, the Suffolk County Department of Health, the Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities and the United States Department of Education.
