Pricing is decent....usually a short wait. However; ALWAYS get an estimate in writing !!!! Otherwise,
they'll charge more in the end. And they can get away w/it bc they know you need your car. And they'll get nasty about it if u disagree....

I have used Apex for many years on more than a few vehicles with no problem. That was not the case on my last two visits. I was sold a "complete" front & rear brake job for $600. Had that completed and when driving home the car would veer hard right every time you hit the brakes. Went back the next day and was told the calipers were bad and they could replace them for another $200. The day before I was told they looked OK. I called to discuss the fact that I did not feel like the additional $200 for new calipers was a fair charge on top of the $600 for the "complete brake job". Neither the manager or the technician provided any indication they would refund the additional $200. Hope they use it to try and find another customer that will stick with them as long as I did because they will never see me or any family members again! If you have money to burn this is your kind of place.

Apex has always done a great job with my vehicles... have been going there for the past 10 years. Their prices are always lower than others. And they take the time to explain everything in detail.... being patient with those of us who do not know a whole lot about engine repair. Apex is almost always busy but they seem to get the work done in a reasonable time frame. Best part is that no appointment is needed.

I have been talking my car to them for a few years now and I am very satisfied. They have helped me prioritize repairs so I could break it down into affordable chunks. Won't go anywhere else.

Whatever your problem, go to Apex FIRST. They will check it out, give you an honest report and tell you the cost. I have met 5 different friends there having their cars worked on and we all swear by their work.

Customers BEWARE-Had work down on my vehicle only to find out that this wasn't the problem at all and the shop did the work anyway just to collect $$. Had to bring vehicle to another shop to have the real issue fixed. Was grossly overcharged by Apex.
