Very sad not to mention disturbed with the way I was treated by a stylist, which was not even the sylist that completed the service. The stylist that colored my hair did not do a very good job with blending the colors and I have very distinct two tone effect which looks ridiculous. The receptionist was doing her best to see how to fix the problem, but another sylist which was not even part of our conversation, very rudely and aggressively interrupted, and kept interrupting, while we were trying to talk. Needless to say I am shocked that this person treated me this way, my husband was there as well and we both are apalled, this business has clients, so I was told, that are very well known local news journalists and news anchors for channel 7, you would think the owner would not tolerate stylists that act this way, I will not go back. Beware, Urban Loft Boutique is way overated and I am greatly dissatisfied.
