Fast response for a Saturday. Kept me informed through out the process. Nice and professional. Only complaint is they seem to be expensive, but I did have a couple of things done that took awhile.

Brent was very professional and took care of unplugging a toilet in a short time. Was able to use a $50.00 off coupon which was awesome. Will recommend Roto-Rooter to friends and family.

Kris came to my home for a toilet back up, which we could not fix. It took him 10 minutes to fix the problem. He was friendly, professional, and to the point. I would use them again. They were great.

We had a liner installed in our sewer line. Adam (683) and Mitch (1352) were very professional, answered all our questions and it went faster than we expected. Everything went very smoothly - work is first rate.

We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. On a Sunday afternoon, after noticing a back up in our shower, bathtub, and toilets, we called their 800-line and had service within 90 minutes. Our technician, Mike Phillips, was knowledgeable, professional, and considerate.

Very prompt to come to fix our broken pipe in the house from a water faucet outside which froze over the winter and the technician, Todd, was very helpful in answering our questions and concerns and left no mess from his work and we also got a year warranty with his service. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has a plumbing need

The drain in my laundry room had backed up and I made an appointment online, also got a coupon on line. I had a confirmation email within minutes. I got a call that the technician would be there in 30 minutes and he was on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. When they were finished everything was cleaned up. I would recommend them to anyone. Great service and reliable. Ron was my technician and he wonderful!

Once again, I had to have Roto-Rooter out my house to complete repairs to my drainage system. This time, it was Brent Hargis who arrived exactly when he said he would, and brought in all equipment required to complete my drain cleaning (no easy task, as he had to haul it all down to my basement!). Brent made sure the entire area around the drain was covered so as to avoid any splashback stains on the carpet and proceeded to complete the work in a timely manner. He then removed all his equipment and, lastly, performed a thorough clean-up of the entire area. All I had to do was put some furniture back in place! Brent's friendly character and obvious knowledge of his job made the whole task a pleasing experience. Obviously, I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone needing any type of plumbing or drain service.

I had a sump backup in my basement late on a Saturday night. Roto Rooter responded immediately and professionals were at my house within 20-25 minutes of my phone call. Fast, friendly and professional service during a very stressful time. The entire crew was very accessible and responsive during the entire cleanup process. On Dec 16,2017, two technicians came to my house to install a AOsmith 50 gallon unit. Their names are Josh Roe and Dustin Ganoe. They performed a very good service. Their cleanliness was top notch as they cleaned out the utility room spotless.

Very fast response time for late at night on a Saturday. Both the guy who picked up the phone and the technician who came out were friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service that I got.

My family is extremely pleased with Roto-Rooter. We went with a different company at first to save money; however, after having another company come out twice to fix the same issue, it was Roto-Rooter who fixed our issue. Not only did they fix the issue the first time fast, they were friendly and professional and didn't make us feel like we were needing to buy a different more expensive service to get the issue resolved.
