I am hesitant to give this business even one star. The overall experience was appalling. The workers who installed the flooring mixed the grout inside and it sprayed all over all my walls. They dented the drywall during installation. Then, after they had finished, we had an entire extra box of flooring left over. I'm sure it was tacked onto our final price. The front desk associate is a relative of theirs and very rude on the phone every time. We paid for the flooring and all problems were eventually resolved but we will never work with them again. This is a warning to all who place trust in the business. Any alerts to quality issues will be met with rudeness and arrogance. Do not waste your money with this group. Find a different flooring company.
