I was totally disapointed in the coustmer service here- the person there acted like I was bothering him when I asked to see the different color matting I wanted to use on a 8x10 photo of my Mothers sweet 16 and wanted to charge $37.00 for the matting and labor.I left feeling very upset as thay made a simple job complacated.......I wish I could give it 0 stars
