It SUCKS!  I spent $30 on 3 subs & 1 soda for crappy serves. OWNER & employees are rude & don't care for their customers. Here is my horrible experience. FIRST, they rush you in the line, if you dont know what to order, they skip you, & it's hard to get someone else to help you once you decided. Oh, and i wasn't on my phone I was looking at that big menu they have that takes almost an entire wall. Due to this I received my wrap 10 mins after my husband recived his sub & soda (which is self serve). SECOND, my husband order me a Hawaiian Chicken wrap with little terriaki sauce. They got it wrong & all the good stuff was in one side of the wrap, the other side only had chicken, ham, & cheese there was no pineapple & terriaki sauce. My husband & I told (2 different times) the old rude short lady that I want little terriaki sauce. She didn't listen & didn't told the person making the wrap. Than my husband told the OWNER little terriaki sauce before they added the terriaki & I got extra sauce. The side that had the sauce was wet, not moist, but drenched in sauce. Also, we order a sub to go & that old lady got it wrong; we wanted steak & she put chicken. THIRD, my husband asked for me how much calories are in a whole wheat wrap when it was empty & everyone was standing around chating, since am counting calories & the wrap package was in front of a worker. So, that worker in front of the wrap told him he doesnt know, because he couldn't find the package for the whole wheat wrap, but he told him the calories for the other type of wrap. Well, when he was giving my husband the information he was rude & was brushing him off as if my husband was bothering him in his downtime. When my husband asked the OWNER he laughed at him told him why he needs it, then told him it's 18 (false count) in a rude brushing him off way while still laughing. It shouldn't matter why he asked. He is a customer, their was no line, & the bag was there. LASTLY, the OWNER knew we were not happy with the serve, so when he came to our table I told him what's wrong with my order & he only said, 'it was the rush hour.' That remark got me livid. He didn't even apologize & acknowledge his own team's screw up. I wasn't asking for nothing free or my money back, but at least an apologize for giving me crapping food instead I received a lame excuse, "rush hour." I am sorry, but that's no excuse. If fast food & 4 star restaurants with more customer than the 7 customer they had in the line could serve my husband & I a good full meal with drinks & more substitution than little sauce without any issue on their rush hours, than I think they could have made my one sub with little sauce, no fries, no dessert, no drink perfect. Oh and yes, I made a mess on your table for bad service, nasty food, & lazy rude employees. There now we are even & you don't have to chat with each other after your 7 people rush hour & clean my mess, since you couldn't say a simple sorry & have your rude old lady curse me out & stick her middle finger at me. What a great customer service you have.

The service sucks. The guy that works the counter which I'm imagining must be the owner was so rude. He was rude to an old couple in front of me and then proceeded to be extremely rude to me. They charge you extra for everything. It's not worth walking in there and they must not need the business because when I walked in it as empty and the old couple in front of me walked out and so did I. Really poor service.
