As for many Americans this year it has been especially difficult one for me financially and about a month ago I found myself in the inevitable position of not having a car not being able to secure credit to obtain one. I reached out to many for help and guidance on what to do but it was only the finance manager who showed genuine concern and followed up diligently on my behalf.
