I like this place, have been there twice, once a couple of years ago and another - just a couple of weeks ago. No complains. The job was done great, prices are fair.

I had taken a my heels here a few years ago with Don still owned the place and the work was always great. Now I took my favorite pair of heels to get the pads on the heel replaced and when I got the shoes back and used them at work, one of the heels was broken. If I would lean a bit back or on the heel, it was snap flat. I took the shoes back and they said they did not do this that this happens. What are the odds that my heels broke the second after I picked them up?? So anyway the new owner offered to fix them after I was very upset and when I went back to pick them up and my shoes were LOST!!! The employee there could not find my shoes. They said they would call me back but a few days passed and nothing. I called again and they finally found my shoes. I go to pick them up and they did a horricle job to say the least. The stitching around the logo inside the shoe was all ripped and you can see yellow glue inside the shoe. The owner refused to fix that and was SO RUDE. Never going back there again!!! I can't believe these people! I would have recommended this place when the previous owner was there but now I am WARNING YOU TO STAY AWAY!! Find another place to go to. Do not go here!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR SHOES HERE! New ownership and this kid who is cleaning/repairing shoes is horrible! The old owner had 30 years of experience. The new guy and his wife are just the worst. They completely ruined my suede Prada shoes. I asked for a simple cleaning and now my shoes are two different colors. Originally they were both tan and smooth suede with very minor blemishes, now my left shoe is like a dark tan color while the left is super light tan and extremely rough. It seems like they used a hard brush on the right shoe and ruined it. Now they blame it on the leather and said I should take them back to Prada! Are you kidding me?!? They didn't even tell me they were ruined. I had to find out for myself when I got home and took both shoes out of the bag. The owner was being slick and tried to trick me. I will NEVER go there ever again and I warn everyone else not to got there either!

They are also stating that they told me this was going to happen to my shoes when I was dropping them off. Now, if I ever received a warning like that, that my $400 Prada shoes would be ruined, why would I leave them there???!!! This must be their first time attempting to clean suede shoes. And, the customer service was cold! When I initially went to pick them up, the employee only showed me the good shoe, trying to trick me. Once I got home, I took both out and noticed the horrible job they did. Never again, will I EVER take any of my shoes back to them.
