The director or person in charge of enrollment named dawn is very rude to parents and children also as for myself she assured me that my son could enroll so yesterday morning I went to enroll him and she said I needed the print out from the scholarship the pays for the service .she made me go get the print out myself even though it can be printed in her office and argued that I had to pay fees even though we were completely covered through the elc so I ride 3 busses over there and back with my son just to be told by her that my son can't start the spot had been filled which I know it was a lie she was just trying to get more cash money and is very rude and unprofessional. She made my son and I waste our time and she made it very clear she didn't want us there and was very mean and rude to my son and I. I am reporting her to the better business Bureau. .

Well our experience with Kindercare 2010-2013 has been excellent, I highly recommend it. I am sure the director had a bad day like anyone else. My daughter started Kindergarten with accelerated reading and vocabulary, Thanks to kindercare for making that happen : )

Think twice!!!. After a long research to find the right place for my 2 year old daughter, I was convinced as well as my mother that this was the right place. I was informed to wait until she was almost 2, we did. At that time I called to schedule appointment for registration forms to be filled and fees to be paid. I called in advance to schedule an appointment the director told me it was not necessary. I showed up and the Director was not aware or could not remember our phone call or just did not wanted to be bother. Needless to say her attitude that afternoon was totally different from the friendly welcoming from two months before. I also witnessed her addressing a class of the older students as was returning with them and her words where “ Child’s name don’t start with me” which also raise the red alert flags…I hope this help someone else in their search for the right place for their child. Not a good place for me or my daughter.
