I had a great experience here. The staff is friendly the manager is amazing. I have to say the treatment and attention I got is great customer service. I refuse to buy my Pandora Charms from anywhere else. For someone to say they didn't have a good experience is just plain crazy. Thank you for making jewelry shopping fun guys!!!!!! Highly recommend :D

.If I could give this place less then one star I would. My boyfriend bought me a Pandora bracelet on 12/21/2011 it was silver size 7.9 (the receipt even said it) he returned the next day to make an exchange bc of some promo they were having. He did not want to change the size of the bracelet, he just went to get me 2 clips and a charm but the VERY intelligent sales person gave him a 7.5 instead of the original 7.9 He did not realize that the size was changed. He gave me the bracelet on 12/25/2011 and he realized it was too small, we went THE NEXT DAY to exchange the bracelet and they were closed. I put on the bracelet only to see the fit and took it off right after, I have worked 8 years in customer service and 5 in retail so I know a thing or two about companies and exchanges. We returned on 12/28/2011 and sure enough the big bad Asst. manager (Ernesto) refused to make the exchange bc of a scratch on the clasp (it's very funny to see the previous reviews as this store is no stranger to this situation). After being treated like a piece of garbage I asked for their corporate number and when I would be able to speak to the store manager. The pompous Asst. said the manager would be in tomorrow and gave me the corporate number. The number he gave me was to Pandora's distributer customer care(not the correct number) and I called the next day to speak to the manager and and I was routed to the Asst. who had informed me the manager would not be back until 2012 bc he was on vacation, when I asked him specifically why he had given wrong information he had no answer. This whole situation is a joke, power hungry workers that should not be in the customer service business. Needless to say I will never do business with this company EVER again even if they are the only Pandora location left. I HOPE this review saves some else from the unnecessary headache

Never give them your business. They look at you like you are worthless unless you are driving in a Jaguar . I have spent over $6000 here in between Pandora and other Jewelry and all i requested was to exchange something i bought less than 6 months ago. They lied and said they couldn't locate the sale. They have HORRIBLE customer service, and don't know anything about building customer relationships. I would never recommend this place even if it was the only Pandora store in Florida which it isn't/
