A defective walker was delivered to me. I did not detect the problem untill I needed it after a total hip replacement. Called them first thing and they were to call me back. Didn't hear from them so another call was placed. They again were to call me back. Still haven't heard from them. This type of service is very dangerous.

This is the worst company to buy equipment. They said, they will deliver the equipment, they never did. First they couldn't find my name in the system and I already paid my co-payment. I have to call 5 times for them to give me an answer. Don't buy anything from them.

Called them back because we still hadn't gotten my son's supplies after a week so I asked for a manager on Feb 9th. He said not to worry that the supplies would be there the next day. I got his supplies on the 10th like promised and guess what? They were ORDERED the previous day. So we were waiting for supplies that hadn't even been ordered. So they lied to me the 3 previous times I called them. AND to top it all off, they charged us for 200 diapers and we only got 160, AND they billed us for 200 adult diapers as well. My son is still in baby diapers. So they double billed and shorted us our supplies.

I wish our insurance company would allow us to go somewhere else for my son's diapers. They have the worst customer service and 1 star is being generous. They require doctors chart notes to send my son's diapers even though we have an insurance approval and a prescription. We have zero diapers for our son. The diapers were supposed to arrive 2 days ago. Yet still no diapers. I was told delivery would take 24 hours.



I just spoke with them again and they said *sorry someone gave you the wrong information. They should arrive by Monday* I asked them where to send the receipt to because I have to go buy him diapers. I can't even afford to put food on the table let alone go out and buy supplies that his insurance pays for.



If you have the choice of which company to do business through, DO NOT choose this company. You will regret it.

The WORST medical supply company in the WORLD. I am an ostomy patient (don't use my bottom to do number 2, I do it through a bag that sticks to my stomach). I never had an issue ordering medical supplies in my life. I don't think the employees or supervisor know what they are doing. I have dealt with Donna and Cesci. I order my supplies every month on the day that they ask me to and it is always LATE...I have worked in the medical field for 12 years and have never witness an establishment as unprofessional as Bayshore Medical Supply in Miami, Fl. I am a 34 year old mother to two young boys who is limited to doing activities with my kids because I have to preserve my bags since I never get them on time. That means, I can't shower everyday, every 3 days, can't excercise, can't do nothing that involves water or over use of any type of movement because it won't stick to my stomach. They always have a sad story of why its late, why its taking so long. Donna makes me call my doctors office and insurance company to get information which is her job to do! I swear that if I could change my insurance company I would, but they are the only ones that my crohns and colities doctor and my surgeon accept to work together. I have been waiting supplies since Dec. 16, 2015 and today is Jan. 14, 2016. I am literally using my last bag today....it looks like I am going to have to go to the emergency room to get am extra bag....Waiting waiting waiting.....

I have never had such a bad experience with a company. This place does not know a thing about customer service, nor do they bother to fix their problems. Do not use this company!!!!
