This conpany is very unprofessional and are lying thieves. We went there to purchase a impact front door and sliding door and was giving a price. We paid the total amount for the windows. 3 days later we receive a call to say we quoted you the wrong price and need an additional $300. As a business owner myself if you give a customer a price for a product or service you have to honor thats price. The owner of the business became very hostile, rude and was raising his voice. He then refused to answer the phone for us because at this point we wanted a refund. Called several times and still no answer. We then called from a different number and they miraculously answer the phone. Please stay away from this building called a business... Bad temper, unprofessional and i cant understand how there doors are still open..

PROFESSIONAL THIEVES Windows Sun Air. I signed a contract to change all the windows and doors of my apartment.I paid them for permits and the installations of the windows and doors. I lost all my money and left me with the windows without the permits The owner and his son are well violent and they have terrible tempers, how could they treat a paying customer in such a manner. After signing the contract, they wanted another three thousand dollars more since supposedly the sliding door and a corner window they ordered did not meet the codes for permits. I told them I did not have the fault that they ordered the wrong door because they are experts not me .I trusted them thinking they were honest and professional people but turned out to be the worst. I was threatened, they insulted me and stole my money brazenly. I took them to court and the mediator recommended me to stay with windows or risk to lose everything and lose several days of work for the judge to decide.

Right from the beginning they were late, about 2 hours, they forgot important tools, but had plenty of excuses. No concrete repair , they try and hide everything with caulking... and it was everywhere, walls, bathtub, and floors. They were rinsing their caulking rags in my sinks until I caught them. Gaps and cracks in the stucco from the removal of old windows left unrepaired. 2nd visit to finish installation was 4 days later and ended up being a no-show. Total of 3 visits to finish a 1 day installation. CONSUMER BEWARE ! Eddie talks fast and his son Steven says he has 17 years experience... I can't see it. My finished product of 8 windows is amateur at best. My brother will have to do the plastering and stucco. Good reviews must be family. CONSUMER BEWARE !

Eric and his team were AMAZING! Best quality work and service. They were fast and efficient - they cleaned up as they worked and we were so impressed with the job they did and the quality of the windows and french doors. I have already recommended them to several friends!

job well done. would tell all my friends if they need windows to give them a call. they work fast and the clean up was great. windows make the house look like a new place. i would give them a A+++++++++
