The worse customer Service Facility ever. Also mail clerk that delivers packages in the area have no clue what they are doing. They always bring me someone else's mail or mine gets lost. My Rate is 0 since I have to rate it regardless.

I had a Package stolen at that facility 2 years ago and USPS did nothing to recover my box, I called for almost 4 months to USPS and MRC and they never gave me an answer, every time they checked the computer they said that the information about my package had been erased, someone without caller id called me 2 months after and said he would send me the box that was full of expensive vitamins for my mom and he never sent the box. Now they disappeared another box again with a nebulizer for my brother that has severe asthma attacks and they entered it online as delivered and another little box less important for me is kept as "in transit" when is the one that they delivered, are they stealing the mail?.....this is just terrible, I don't live in Florida, but if lived there I would go to the main place where people can complaint about this horrible place.........I don't think that 1 star is ok, it should get no stars at all......hopefully that dark people working there have no family and no life, what goes around comes around and one day, because of universal laws that work, they will receive all what they are giving to the customers...........

Horrible service ! Ive called and called no one ever answers, ive even faxed information over to get more info on my package and nothing. Worst service ever, they are making USPS look extremely bad. Do NOT HAVE ANYTHING SHIPPED HERE !!

I called to get information on new passports, the person that I spoke to was Iris, she was very very rude. They need people to help the costumers BETTER !!!!!!

Armando is his name.... The nastiest person I've ever ecoubtered in my life. He told me, and I quote "Yo Te atiendo cuando me de la gana porque yo soy el jefe y aqui Se hace lo que yo diga" after I told him I was there because of an appointment to renew my passport. Then he kept mentioning to the other customers in line how he was boss and how I was misbehaving. He specifically told an employee not to attend me. I didn't do anything wrong. This man is so disrespectful! Avoid at all costs unless you want to walk out furious and potentially getting arrested for throwing a package at him! he surely deserved it for being so darn disrespectful!
