I have been trying to ship a generator to Puerto Rico for weeks after Maria's devastation. I have called Fed Ex, DHL, UPS and all of the big shippers and it was an endless loop of unsurity with no definite answers and only one quote (which was ridiculous)
I called Tri Star and spoke directly with the President, Joyce who gave me exact answers, good pricing and the comfort of knowing that at least someone knew what they were doing and our generator would get to the family who desperately needed it.
I would highly recommend them..
