These people are very unprofessional. We had our business Treated for subterrenean termites and they never completely finished the job. They keep sending invoices and telling us that they can not re-treat until they receive payment. How are you going to pay for a service that was NEVER fully completed. To top it off when I spoke to the owners son he said he would be here on Monday at 10 AM this was last week 7/29/2013 it is now 8 days later 8/05/2013 @ 2:36 PM and no one has even called us. Not to mention I had other inspectors come out here and inspect the property, in which all three inspectors found the termites and provided VIDEO FOOTAGE of the termites at work! (GROSS) which I then forwarded to Raul the owner of the company on Tuesday morning and I still have not heard anything. NOW their receptionist will call me in 30 minutes to set up an appointment as to when they will be coming back out to the property??? WAIT Hadn't I ALREADY DONE THAT LAST MONDAY!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!
