I have to begin writing this review by saying that T&S completed my roofing project including final inspection in 3 days!!! When I began searching for my roofing contractor I realized how challenging of a task this would be for me. As soon as I called T&S Roofing for an estimate I sensed the professionalism of the company. Danny arrived to the house and for an estimate and he really took his time to explain to me all of my options. Even being one of the more expensive quotes, I selected T&S Roofing because I felt safe and in good hands. I was looking for value for my money and I got it with T&S! I didn't not have to worry about a thing but only writing the checks! :) I was updated through the process at all times by my project manager and the did a wonderful job of cleaning up after .Id like to add that yesterday I received my "Best Pick Reports" of Miami Dade and T&S Roofing was listed as a 1st year Best Pick company! I have had an excellent experience with the T&S roofing team of professional roofers. Beginning with Angel, my roofing consultant, who went above and beyond to meet my needs with a well written detailed proposal. It took a year before I decided to use T&S among several well established roofing companies but Angel stayed throughout the entire process of fighting with my insurance company to get funding for the roofing. Angel provided me with necessary documentation stating that my tiles were discontinued, which facilitated my roof replacement.

George, my project manger replied immediately to all my calls and concerns before, during and upon the completion of the roofing project.

I highly recommend this roofing company who I have heard is rated no. 1 in Dade County but now I have experienced it myself.

T&S Roofing replaced our entire roof in the winter of 2018 after hurricane Irma damaged it. The work was done quickly and on budget. The crews were friendly and worked diligently.
Special mention should be made of the assistance of T&S Project Mgr., Jorge Mosquera, who coordinated with us payment arrangements in our absence (we were on vacation for 2 weeks during the project), to keep the project on schedule. Jorge kept us informed of the progress via text messages while we were overseas.

Our roof was just completed by T & S Roofing. Our new roof looks beautiful. It was done in a quick workman’s like manner. Everything was completed as promised. T&S Roofing Systems, Inc. replaced my roof, which was damaged in Hurricane Irma. My son met with Angel to get an estimate while my husband and I were out of town and he was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism (My husband and our son are both Construction Superintendents.) Work could not begin right away, which is understandable because of the number of homes that sustained damage in the hurricane. T&S kept us updated and our project manager, Jorge, informed us along the way so we could set expectations on the schedule. The crews worked diligently and provided a quality product. Overall, we are pleased with this experience.

After Hurricane Irma destroyed my roof I called T&S Roofing. After an inspection and signing all the contracts they started the job very quickly after. I was amazed when the crew showed up with all the material needed for a complete roof. Modern heavy duty equipment was used to place everything on the roof and in seven work days the new roof was completed.

Jorge Mosquera kept on top of the project and always advised of the progress and schedule on a daily basis. The work crew did a great job, they were very professional clean and neat. I would recommend T&S Roofing to family and friends.

Choosing T&S Roofing Company was the best choice that my family could have made. The entire staff with whom we corresponded with made each daily task, a smooth transition. My tile re roof job has now been completed by T&S Roofing. Jorge our Project Manager was very informative with day to day updates and answered all of our questions and concerns. Job was completed in a timely manner and passed all Palmetto Bay inspections. We will definitely recommend T&S to anyone who is in need of a roofing contractor.

I didn’t think the process of getting a new roof would be so easy. T&S Roofing and their team have made this experience so easy and seamless with level of professionalism and expertise that is hands down fantastic! T&S Roofing provides a 5 Star experience from start to finish. Their proposal was by far the most thorough and professional that I have received for any contract work, complete with their license info, insurance info, references, pictures, and 2 different options. Leo Toledo was very professional, and objective when discussing our options between repair and replacement, and he answered all of our questions (even coming back a 2nd time after we received our proposal). Once we agreed to proceed, we were assigned a project manager named Troy Davis who came to our house to meet with us, and outline the entire process from start to finish. From that point on, Troy kept us informed on the progress of work and next steps. Every member of the crew was very courteous, and respectful of our property, and our bordering neighbor’s property too. At the end of every day, they cleaned up all construction debris, building materials, and tools to ensure the area was safe for us all, including my daughter and dog who are always playing outside. When the job was complete, and finished ahead of schedule despite numerous rain delays (and Hurricane Irma), the end result far exceeded any of our expectations. We are extremely happy with the work they did, and have already recommended them to several friends and family members. I absolutely recommend T&S Roofing, and am thankful for the work, Leo, Troy, and their entire crew did to replace our roof.

3 days after Hurricane Irma, T&S Roofing was at the door at 7:30am ready to begin our re-roofing project. In the matter of 8 full working days I had the roof replaced with my brand new tile. Every time we had a concern or question we were responded in the matter of minutes from our sales rep Angel to our project manager Jorge. Their efforts and professionalism were definitely tested through the Hurricane and rains. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and made this an easy process for our family. Did the roof for my mom, working with Troy was great. They were prompt, called to confirm dates and times when would be arriving. Easy communication and prompt responses with everyone with them. We had a positive experience with them and would recommend them.

T & S just completed the roofing job at the property and inspite of the rain they accomplished the job as per schedule, from consultation to the final inspection. We had a need to replace our roof which created a very comprehensive search for the right roof and more important, roof company. After receiving bids and proposals, we settled on T&S Roofing. The sales person Mike, promptly showed up for our appointment and was very prepared. He had details of the entire job complete with photos of samples, references and most impressive, quotes from competitors. He prepared us for ambiguities in their quotes where materials used were not disclosed and he was correct.
Our project manager Troy, stepped in to continue the process and was tested when there was a misunderstanding. He reassured us by pledging his and T&S Roofing guarantee to correct an error. Troy communicated constantly with daily preview of events and a wrap up of activity complete with photos.
I am extremely pleased with T&S Roofing and their employees especially Mike & Troy and would highly recommend them. Job well done !!
