I THINK THAT THEY NEED TO CHAN...

I THINK THAT THEY NEED TO CHANGE A FEW PERSONS THAT ARE WORKING AT THE OFFICE THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING EVERYTIME THAT I NEED SOME INFORMATION REGARDING MY SON THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING THEY EVEN TRY TO RETAIN MY SON IN THIRD GRADE .
