We had them print a small book and it was printed wrong. For starters the job was delivered 2 weeks late. Then the table of contents was printed backwards on all 500 books. We returned them on 9/21/15 and gave them the opportunity to return our money or reprint the books. Jorge Valdes and Lamar said they would reprint the books in 1 week. Now it is 11/2/15 and we have no books and no refund. Morale of the story is Go Elsewhere if you want a professional and timely print job. These are NOT the right people.
