Its really been a long time since I have seen employees really going out of their way to help me the customer. I was shopping at this K mart store the other day and I was handed a SEARS Auto Center Flyer featuring their oil changes for $21.99. I have been at this Kmart store and never knew their was a SEARS auto Center hidden in the back of the building. The friendly customer service,helpfull staff and very clean shop has won my future business from my business and my family. I will never go to any other SEARS auto Center again. What I did not like was, I could not get my Brakes done after they told me the brake pads were low. I was told I would have to go the Sears at International witch I would not do. I went to Tirekingdom down the street even though the customer service sucks.! I think they need better Marketing its hard to find such great customer service now a days! Keep up the good work.
