Excellent management company! We rented from them last year and had some minor issues with the property. Rich Homes was quick to fix the problems and was a pleasure to work with. After our lease ended, the landlord (not Rich Homes) demanded a cleaning fee since it was on the lease. The house was professionally cleaned and also cleaned by us before move out. Rich Homes tried to convince the landlord to waive the fee and ultimately paid us directly for the cleaning fee. Very highly recommended.

If you are looking to rent and you are offered a property managed by RICH Homes, run away! If you need a repair to be made in your apartment, it will take months or it will simply never happen, and in the meantime you will hear just excuses excuses and more excuses.
