1) Won't estimate shipping time BEFORE purchase. Agent says shipping time, "depends if item is in stock or not." Get this, so when asked if I can check whether in stock, he says, "no," I cannot determine if an item is in stock until AFTER purchase.
2) Not BBB accredited (see BBB.org)
