Good ole fashion customer service

Plaza Tire & Auto Center (PTAC) was recommended to me by my son, Tony. According to him, the guys at PTAC are great mechanic. As soon as I walked in the shop reception area, this guy I never met before was just raving about how "Gab" takes great care of him and his wife's car, might I add, he was this tall curly head "cute" guy, so I listened attentively, anyway, I left my car, about 2 hours later was called and told what the problem was and was quoted a price; although it was not ready by the cob (Friday), Gab made sure he called me to let me know right away and assured me that he would contact tomorrow (Saturday), The story does not end there, on Saturday, the part had not come in, and Gabe with his soothing and pleasant voice called me just before noon (I hate getting up early on Saturday) to let me know that it would be on Monday. Well the weekend came and went (and it felt good be hang around the house uninterrupted - since my car was not in the driveway). By Monday afternoon, the car was ready and my son and I went by to pick up my car. I could go on but I think this says it all, PTAC treated me with care and good ole fashion customer service like the time when the gas station attendant would come out and fill your car and wash your windshield.

It appears that at this location, I have experienced a lack of solid care decisions for my car

I brought my car to this center and explained that the car was running hot, also told them that i had be told that it was the restor that was the problem, my car was taken and examined and i was then told that what problem had been found. I trusted that this information was true, even took suggestion about refurbish headlights, don' t know what it had to do with my problem but i trusted this cost me a total of 149 for labor and service and 67 for parts, with a total of 232, i didn't complain just paid with the belief that my car was fixed, took the car parked at work and when i left work some 4-6 hours later the car again ran hot, i was now being told to bring the car back, towing was 50 dollars and now a new price tag of 119 which brings my total to another 169. I believe that my disappoint comes from the fact that no matter what i must pay for a misjudgment of the company in order to get my car back. The company told me it was an oversight, and that the fan was not working now what do i do and should the company bill the entire 169 to me for their misjudgement
