This store has the most horrible customer service I've ever experienced. The gentleman was extremely rude, telling me that he didn't have time to help me decide what was the best option for me. Being a first time dog owner, I wanted advice on the type of kennel I should get, food & so on. The gentleman stated to me that he didn't have time for my BS and that I needed to come back when I was ready to spend money. The most horrible experience EVER. Needless to say, I don't ever plan to return, nor do I recommend this store to ANYONE. Not even my worst enemy. No one should be treated with such disrepect!
