I only filed my income tax with these women one time. This year I decided to revise the income tax they filed for me, and guess what? My new accountant was able to revise it and get me back a bit over $2,000. These women don't know what they are doing. They weren't able to answer any legal questions. They don't know how to work for the client's best interest. I remember that the owner was hospitalized yet she kept calling her employees demanding them to close the office. I was right there while that owner (hospitalized) kept checking the cameras and screaming at them to close the local already even though they were informing her that they had clients. The owner said the clients could return another day. She has the nastiest attitude. I don't get it. She has incompetent employees, and also a bad service? Recipe for disaster, if you ask me. The office was dirty--filled with dust and had dead flowers and dirty glasses of water on one corner. I felt like I had entered a third world office. I was literally kicked out because the owner didn't want me there.

If you ever filed your income tax in this place, GET IT REVISED! You will most likely get money back. These women don't know what the heck they are doing. They SUCK as accountants. I think it's time to find a new profession.
