The realtor that works here by the name of Carlos de la Rionda has been one of the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure to encounter. He clearly does not care about his customers, nor his paycheck. I was led to believe that I would be having a private viewing of a townhouse. Much to my surprise, he failed to inform me that he would be showing it to another couple at the same time. During the showing, he was ambivalent, patronizing, negligent, and rude towards me. I was treated as though I was not a serious contender. I sincerely felt discriminated against due to my age and status. He even insinuated that my income was unreliable. Mind you, I would never waste my own time on something I could not afford nor handle. When confronted, as opposed to making an apology and empathizing as one should when one works in sales; he made excuses, refused responsibility, and spoke with condescending arrogance. If you should ever encounter this realtor I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
