I made the call to PC USA Desktop Repair this morning and within 2 hours a technician arrived at my house as I have mobility problems. He retrieved all my data from a dead desktop and looked at 2 other broken laptops. I was tensed coz had many important files on it such as photos of our anniversary and confidential documents were stored on my hard disk. I had a failed hard drive and when the Mac store told me it would be 10 days to have it back.. I knew there had to be another solution and they gave me PC USA information.
