This was the first time I set up a move. I hired Ozaki Moving as they came well recommended. I told them the little stuff I needed their help in packing and loading and that I will take care of the rest but these guys insisted on doing everything. I was surprised to see that they were extremely polite and experienced. There is no better place to go if you are looking for professional movers than this company. They didn’t cause any damage to any of my things and that is a reason good enough for hiring them.

I required some very strong men to help me move a month back. The reason was that I had some very large and expensive pieces of furniture that needed people who know what they’re doing. The men sent from Ozaki Moving were just that! They came in right on time and took ten minutes to get organized and devise a plan for the move. From that point on it was just smooth sailing. They expertly packed up everything into boxes and moved them into the truck. When it came to the large items, they put their strengths together and methodically moved each item into the truck in a very effective manner. They weren’t hesitant at any point and that’s the true sign of experience. My items were delivered to the new house just two days later and I am glad to report that they didn’t lose or damage any item. These guys are definitely worth hiring.

They were willing to sort the boxes and stack them neatly where I needed them. They even swept out the container. I could not be more pleased with the service from Ozaki moving. They were a bit late on schedule but it was good overall. I recommend you all use Ozaki moving service even if their price is a bit extra then others but worth every penny.

I really don’t know how anyone could give this company less than 5 stars. I requested quotes from several moving companies and Ozaki Moving was one of the first to respond and kept promptly answering all of my questions. They were all very professional and gentle with my antiques! This was our second time moving in 5 months and they made it as easy as possible for us.

I hired Ozaki Moving for my last move after going through many reviews people posted online about them. I didn't know how much space I would need and their manager explained to me whether it was done by weight or square footage on the truck. They gave me a detailed list so I could check off how many items I had which gave me a good idea of the weight. I like that it was the same crew that picked up my stuff and dropped it off and they were good. They maintained schedules and their work displayed their proficiency at this job. They were very helpful and professional and I am really glad I hired them.

I strongly recommend Ozaki Moving if you need a reliable moving service! They were very careful with everything and even fixed some pre-existing minor issues on some items - loose handle and poorly assembled IKEA desk drawer which I appreciated! Nothing was broken, and we had lots of fragile items. Thank you and I’ll be seeing you again when I move my things out of the house into my home.

I can’t even begin to tell you how worried I was before this move. Thankfully, I had Ozaki Moving made it all so easy for me. Since the moment I first called them, they seemed friendly and extremely reliable. I wasn’t disappointed by the movers either. They showed up right on schedule. They packed up everything quickly and loaded all my belongings to the van. The delivery was made 2 hours later as promised with no damage made to my valuables. The movers unpacked and helped me assemble my new furniture. This company is the real deal!

Ozaki Moving sent us the best of their team to move our house which we were very sad about as we lived our life of 10 years in it and yet we were so emotional. Of course the most important thing is that your furniture and home are well taken care of. The movers wrapped up everything to ensure no scratches or damage. There are plenty of new moving companies which would quote quite low to bag the client. But they are mostly inexperienced and hiring them is simply a bad idea. Ozaki Moving, however, is a very experienced moving company. They have a great reputation and have been in the business for a long time. It turned out to be a great decision hiring them for my last move. They worked with absolute precision. The movers were very well aware of any kind of problem that could arise and they came prepared. My belongings were carefully transported and I didn’t have to do a thing! You may think it’d cost a lot to hire them but they only charge what is fair!

Though it's not so simple to discover a mover that truly values their customers' demand yet I may be extremely fortunate to have them relocate my belongings. Undoubtedly the most comfortable and simple move I had for the service of Ozaki moving. They should certainly be referred. I appointed this mover to move me. The guys showed up just little earlier than their quoted time. I was not ready so they planned to wait but I requested them to commence the job. I was anxious for my grand piano and big furniture. I know there are so many moving companies those are specialists only in piano moving. Therefore I was in a little worried but they competently packed the full piano and transported properly without a little crack of its key. I am satisfied and really wish for hire them in the next relocation although the day seems not quite close.
