Provided by YP.comHaving seen some of the older reviews here I thought it worthwhile giving my update. The showroom is very nice in Fort Lauderdale and the furniture even better. It is not a super large showroom but the products are beautiful and the staff were very knowledgeable. My Palermo bed with panels looks amazing and delivery/service was great! Thanks MH2G, will be back for more..

Provided by YP.comIf you want to deal with a company that cannot fulfill simple promises, than this is the place to shop. I purchased two sets of cushion covers to replace the ones I purchased in 2014 online on March 8. I received a call on the 9th stating I could pick up the covers on the 12th. I went to the store on the 12th and only one set arrived. And it was in the incorrect color. The staff could not tell me why the other covers did not arrive nor could they tell me when they would. As for the incorrect color, I was told that they never sold the furniture with white cushion covers and it must have been an anomaly with the dye. I was challenged over and over by the Manager and staff that they are not white. They came to my home to view the covers and realized they are white. In any case, since I did not like the color they sent I returned them. Well, twelve days later, I have not received a refund. The second set has yet to arrive and worse yet, I cannot get an answer when they will arrive or a confirmation on the color. I get promises by the sales people that I would get a phone call, and no one calls. I will tell everyone I know NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING from this organization. I spent $273 and received NOTHING. WHAT A JOKE!!!

Provided by YP.comI purchased furniture on Feb 8th from the Federal location of MH2G (Modern Home 2 Go) in Ft. Lauderdale and came home and measured to find that it would not fit. The following morning Feb 9th, I called to cancel the order. I was told I would be refunded only to find out 12 days later that they haven't even processed the refund yet. I call and am told they send a written request for refund to their home office and it can take two weeks to do refunds.THIS IS 2015.... I had intended on spending a large amount of money from this place and now I will do everything possible to let everyone know that they are not in the business of customer service. MH2G you lost a customer for life with order 8421, I can't wait until they put a nice restaurant in your location!

Provided by YP.comWe bought a "leather" sofa at this location in December 2013. Around july of 2014 we noticed the leather had a slit close to the seam area and reported it to customer care so it could get fixed, but it still hasn't been fixed. A lady called one day saying "I'm in the area today and can go fix it" but we were working at that moment and couldn't be at home to receive that person. She then stated "I'll call you again". Then on another random day she calls and does the same thing; offering to fix the sofa on just a specific day and time that was convenient for her, and we were at work again and couldn't receive her. We are STILL waiting for the sofa to get fixed and by now it has TWO (2) slits around seam areas. We called the store explained the situation and Renan assited us. He told us the customer care ticket was "closed" as if it was fixed. I kept my cool and tried explaining the situation, and sent him the original emails requesting for the issue to be fixed. He has the. AUDACITY to ask us "what did you do for it to break" and I just couldnt believe the question, to which the only answer was... "Well,, we sit on it...." Shouldn't "customer care" try to arrange to fix things by making an appointment ahead of time, in order to accomodate customer's schedule? And right now my wife is on the line liettrally telling Renan what happened. He is very rude and is saying that what we are saying is not true....Are you serious??? Calling your customer a liar??.? I just can't believe how HORRIBLE this customer service is...we will keep complaining in order to have SOMEONE with authority call us and resolve..
