Excellent customer service! I have an older jet ski and trailer which because of the age always has something that needs attention.

I just recently had some issues with some work done. I brought this to the attention of the owner. He and his team went the extra mile to make sure not only the my issue was fully resolved on the mechanical side but that that I was taken care on the customer service side as well.

Great customer service. Some years ago I lost my trusted mechanic, as he moved out of the area. In the interim, I've bounced around between chain stores and the dealership near where I work. Recently, my engine light was coming on intermittently on my jet ski I looked local jetski-repair shops and found Miami jet ski shop. What a fabulous find! I took my jet ski in this morning to see what they said, and I think I've found my new trusted mechanic. What great customer service! The repair was done timely, at a fair price, and with a smile
