Terrible experience. Very bad costumer service.Loud music inside. People lack training and professionalism. Avoid that place

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT A T-MOBILE STORE UNTIL I SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE. CONSTANT LIES, HORRIBLE SERVICE, AND INCREDIBLY SHADY EMPLOYEES. THEY HAVE AN EMPLOYEE NAMED "IGNACIO" WHO DOES UNDER-THE-TABLE SERVICE FOR UNLOCKING PHONES. HE'LL CHARGE YOU $40 UNDER THE TABLE AND THEN WON'T DO ANYTHING AND OF COURSE SINCE IT'S A SHADY SERVICE HE'LL TELL YOU WHATEVER HE WANTS AND THEN GIVE YOU ATTITUDE AND HORRIBLE TREATMENT WHEN YOU DEMAND A REFUND. VERY RUDE AND FRESH. THE CURRENT STORE MANAGER BETRIZ OR H/E IT'S SPELLED IS ALSO USELESS. I DEMANDED A REFUND FOR A SERVICE I NEVER GOT AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO SPEAK OR ASK WHY I WAS UPSET. AVOID THIS T-MOBILE STORE AT ALL COSTS. THE EMPLOYEES ARE SHADY, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND COMPLETELY INEPT. THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND TELL YOU WHATEVER JUST TO GET YOU OUT THE DOOR. ON TOP OF THAT THEY PLAY A LOT OF GHETTO TRASHY HISPANIC MUSIC. THE PLACE JUST REEKS OF SHADINESS. I'M CURRENTLY FILING A COMPLAINT WITH T-MOBILE'S MAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO GET THIS PLACE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD.

Went to this store about a month ago it as by far THE WORST experience in a store EVER!! The employees were not very knowledgeable and seemed uncertain of what decisions could be made without the manager being present. The store manager (male) was a misogynistic moron. My patience wore thin and he was clearly trying to overcharge for or a simple task. I decided to go to the corporate store on 88th Street where I found the staff pleasant, helpful and well informed. I would never suggest the t-mobile store in country walk to anyone.
